    So in airline news, AA management made a whole slew of procedural changes to include tasks during critical phases of flight, but provided no training on them except some vague distance learning videos. Then, after some objection they stated that “no one expects you to comply with 100% of the changes day one”…except that’s not how effective publication dates work.

    Good read. Also agree with many of these assessments, but it would be difficult for the AF to quantify actual leadership quantities so here we are again rewarding surface qualities.

    Let’s not forget that the power companies is CA can’t generate the amount of power required of them on a lot of days, so there is a decent demand for the home generated power.

    The Dutch are an excellent team right now, for one. The youth and lack of experience showed in the defensive side, although size/strength of those positions probably also played into it. Ream and Dest did well back there, others seemed like liabilities. Need to refine offensive play, but showed exciting ability to put runs together.

    It was largely self congratulatory, and in reality they don’t have much to say. Here it is, in limited view; we can’t tell you anything about it, but we’re mostly on time. Hopefully we can make as many as planned.

    I enjoyed that he essentially told people to stop obsessing over the rate of increase in rates, and just to focus on the final rate without at all hinting what that final rate could be.
