  1. Don’t forget about the global chip foundries and economic gains they can’t control because it isn’t theirs. I fully understand the argument you presented, but because I’m an American asshole I think Taiwan is a hilarious highlight to the PRC’s second tier global status. They are trying the Japan 1940 playbook to expand their exclusive economic clout…but don’t even have a handle 100 miles off their own coast. Makes me happy. I’m sure it will come back at us at some point unless we significantly change course to maintain our global status, but at least I am amused for now.
  2. You are unable to evaluate the game beyond what Teen People told you was popular this year, got it.
  3. To be fair, it does have rapid chain reaction burn at super high temps for a really ling time packs , but he seems to have totally missed those. A la the VW Polo.
  4. Do you actually watch football? Ever touched one sts? Honest question, because it seems like you just fanboy over a celebrity.
  5. It’s not Heisman material, especially when he couldn’t get his team anywhere close to winning from either side of the ball. Not a competitive game, whatsoever at any point. Wasn’t that part of his “talent”? Two way player? Your massive erection for Colorado and Prime are seriously clouding your view.
  6. Far better than when Hunter faced the only worthwhile team Colorado ever played. Keep that Prime hardon.
  7. Bullshit the biggest issue was a barrier a thousand feet off the runway, that landing made no sense and smelled like panic.
  8. Most recent incident was a Korean airline, not the korean airline unless you’re referencing something more than a week old.
  9. Kirk Herbstreit level trusting week 1 rankings. That means ZERO.
  10. They didn’t play the team that went to the playoffs. They beat next year’s roster. They’re mediocre and have the results to prove it.
  11. I saw a non-parody account (espn? SI? Don’t remember at this point) say how epic their last two seasons have been with a 13-12 record (unironically) not winning against any team of substance, and this was similar to my initial reaction. Guess the goal is money and social media clout, not winning.
  12. Right now all of the NIL “deals” seem to only require commitment from the school to pay money, and nothing from the employee. I imagine at some point that will change, but until then there is very little loyalty.
  13. Actual validation? No, sir. We must cut training programs regardless of effectiveness.
  14. It sounded way too much like the Air Force.
  15. Three engines, dual wheel main trucks? “That’s no moon.”
  16. True, wild reads, although I imagine the SM-2 lighting off at night in the ocean is pretty noticeable and gives that time distortion/focus to consider things.
  17. His eyebrows do their own lines.
  18. Zero. Point. Zero.
  19. He’s back.
  20. Probably not Pakistan. Trying to curb Chinese sales of JF-17 et al in the area?
  21. Is the instability the married to a Green Beret, or volunteering to test parachutes?
  22. CENTCOM ADAFCO: “at least it wasn’t a Patriot this time.”
  23. Tracking Putin’s Feared Secret Agency, From Inside a Russian Prison and Beyond https://www.wsj.com/world/russia/evan-gershkovich-russia-putin-arrests-spies-9a75e1c3?st=UujX3U&reflink=article_copyURL_share The celebrated metric in the DKRO: number of spies captured. It is expected that each year they detain more spies and convict more people of treason, as the main focus of the administration. They seem to be getting what they reward. “As the war supercharged the presidential appetite for spies and traitors-real or imagined- the job of satisfying it fell to DKRO. Putin’s invasion gave DKRO an ‘entirely new raison d’etre…”
  24. 128 team playoff after the 12 game season = mucho profits.
  25. American Express has decent checking and high yield savings (~3.69% now) that works pretty well. Fidelity CMA is probably better for checking, though; FDIC option is 2.2% interest and reimbursed ATM fees.
