I realize we used Israel as a pawn during the cold war. I don't think that worked out well. Cost us a shitload of $$$. For what? Since '48, what has Israel given us? Why would we not sell Israel next generation fighters? Because they do air raids on Syria with out or support. And they do other stuff that we shan't say on here. And because since '48 they have acted against our interests in all five of the DIMES if you believe in that stuff. Israel costs us money. A lot. I pay taxes, what I think are too many taxes. The US passed a 38B bill for Israel in 2020. Too lazy to look up if it passed. Regardless if it passed, if there is an aid bill that big out there...for Israel....Not a fan

Fair. We should not sell F-22s to Russia. Probably shouldn't sell them to Turkey. Or to Israel. That's a fair point. An even bigger question...LM has the 22 and 35 contracts. They'll recompete every four or five years, whatever the Feds tell them to do. They shouldn't have both of those contracts. That's a problem.

You would be surprised about how much the fact that a man can figure out things, engineer things, and fix things around the house matters to women. And before you say "toothless trailer park women in Mississippi," not just them. All of them. Actually you wouldn't be surprised, you'd be shocked. I continue to be shocked about it. Apparently women aren't quite on board with the 'we can do everything a man can do' movement as I thought. Its uncomfortable to get into a conversation about building a barn and el tardo's wife starts complaining that her #1 has to call a plumber to fix the sink drain. With el tardo standing right there. You'd be surprised. From reading your posts, you seem like you would struggle in that category. The category being, doing anything more physically complicated than sharpening a pencil.

I dunno. I don't really care about the Bobulinski story or any other negative story about Biden or Harris. The reason I don't care, is that I've already made a decision to vote against the ideology that is the Democrat party. I don't need anymore convincing, and I don't want to try to win hearts and minds over to my side - especially on the internet. If someone is voting for Biden, I don't think you're going to convince them in an internet forum to vote for Pres Trump because of the Bobulinski story. And to be honest, if you could do that, that's not someone that we want voting. If you flip that situation and say Russian collusion = no vote for Pres Trump, I don't think you're going to convince people who are conservative to vote for Biden. Its noise. I don't think swing voters make a difference, just like I don't think any fence sitter makes a difference. I'm not a political science major (because I'm not mildly retarded), so I could be wrong. But that's what I see. Bobulinski and Russian collusion are fence sitter arguments that grab headlines. Those arguments don't matter. Which is fascinating, because they are in fact the headlines. Sorry about the jab on poly sci majors.

What is wrong with that? He's a little bit conservative. Don't take him out behind the woodshed and shoot him because he's not shouting people down and rioting. Read what he wrote in that post. He's not coming across as a bad, evil dude. He's not coming across as a white privilege person. He's coming across as a human being. I didn't see one. Not one excuse why he couldn't succeed in jazz's post. He'll probably realize much success.

Wow. Great reply. I mean that. It's the internet, so let me try to clarify my post: - I interact with people in the city every day. I work there. My daughter goes to school there. My hot ass girlfriend lives there. I just personally choose to live out, and I find it challenging and personally fulfilling to be as self sufficient as I can - if I ever had to. What I do is mostly practice. But, if Kroger closes down, the city water is shut off, the cops have been defunded, etc; I can get pretty far down the road. My girlfriend could not. People in urban areas could not. And they are praised for that. To me, that is a lack of skills, lack of forward thinking, and a lack of appreciation for what this country was founded upon. Not a personal attack - my girlfriend is in the same boat. - Fair enough on calling out others for lacking skills. Again, its the internet. I don't know anyone on here, not trying to convince anyone of anything, just making statements. This forum is excellent for providing info on what a pilot and/or aircrew/Air Force in general is like. It's also a great source of info on how to get into the airlines. This internet forum does not provide useful info on ethics, morals, religion, or politics. No internet forum could do that. If someone is swayed in any of those categories because of the internet....well. And along those lines, I don't mind personal insults, because I sling them as well. It's the internet, and it's the WOKE thread. Insults are authorized as long as we don't piss off the moderators. - I don't get the BLM/LGBT/#metoo/etc. I agree there is violence associated with those topics. Again, great reply. BTW, are you liberal, and if so, what do you stand for? That was my original question that was never answered.

Fair one. I got pretty good training on the ones I did. Time on target, adjusting to the second, queep altitude restrictions that i wasn't used to, and in one case - unfamiliar...very unfamiliar landing conditions. Fair point though. I dunno if flybys are worth it or not. I thought about that when I was flying them.

My question to the liberals on this board is, what do you stand for? What do you actually get up in the morning and think, if this went away, I'm doomed. Or if it goes this way, I've got it made in the shade. In case you didn't ask, I'll tell you what I stand for. I stand for liberty. Freedom. I live on 37 acres. In the woods. Rural. Can't get that easy anywhere else on earth. I treasure that. That's liberty (From HOAs) and freedom. I make my own decisions. The grocery store is pretty far down the road. I have a garden. I have a well. I have chickens and goats. Whenever I decide I need to gather up a burn pile of deadfall that's the size of a Dominos store, I pile it up and burn it. I treasure that. There are no restrictions. There are no HOAs. I look at people that live in urban and suburban life and I can see why they would want to depend on the government, especially if it all went down hill. I want as little gov't involvement as possible, especially if it goes down hill. Have liberals given up on being independent and pioneering? /Rant/ Males (definitely not men) in this country have devolved to phoning it in to living in the suburbs. They don't know how to change a tire. They don't don't know how to grow food. They don't know how to fish. They certainly can't field dress a deer. They don't know how to do anything except to watch Netflix and order in. They are all caught up in the liberal bullshit of the day: transgender/#metoo/blacklivesmatter. I'm going to utter some words. I don't post on here often. This liberal, "I'm a victim" crap that is running rampant on here is unbelievable. I am so glad I am out of the military. I worked with and was in command of the victim people. They all, without exception, sucked at their job. Because they were victims, they didn't have to meet standards. Every single one of them, didn't have to meet standards. And I couldn't do anything about it, because the victims always have a medical issue that took all of my time. Some of them were white, some were black, some were asian, some were probably eskimos or heaven forbid Canadians. But the victim people always sucked at doing their jobs. And they drained my time for ridiculous crap. Some clown in here posted their "racist" experience was when they were pulled over because they were driving the same car as a drug dealer. Not a car that I drove when I was paying my way through college, but a car with jacked up tires and a ridiculous paint job - same as the drug dealer. Dude, or dudette, if that's the best you got for racism, you are mildly retarded, how about do it my way and not drive the same make model and ridiculous paint job car as the drug dealer. Easy stuff, easy decision. Must be white privilege. There are about 2200 squadrons in the AF. Chances that you got a racist commander: don't take those odds to vegas.
