  1. Submitted mine on 10 Jul, anyone submit around that date and have theirs built already?
  2. Has anyone submitted there application yet and had it approved? Just submitted mine online and Bob's answering machine is saying it could take up to 3 weeks because of the backlog.
  3. Funny, that's what it said 3-4 weeks ago.......and 6-8 weeks ago! Sounds like Bob at the ARP office is getting strung along like the rest of us.
  4. I was unaware the current undersecretary (Who oversees the AF budget) was an interim guy, wonder if this has anything to do with the holdup.   5. Just called the DSN number from the myPers ACP website (Website Below). I was told ACP is being held up due to funding, it is being elevated to the SECAF, and they don't expect any words until late April. https://gum-crm.csd.disa.mil/app/answers/detail/a_id/5111/kw/acp
  6. Looks like the approval/extension to offer ACP was included in the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act, now to wait and see what the Air Force decides. Anyone have any insider info? SEC. 614. ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF AUTHORITIES RELATING TO TITLE 37 CONSOLIDATED SPECIAL PAY, INCENTIVE PAY, AND BONUS AUTHORITIES. The following sections of title 37, United States Code, are amended by striking ‘‘December 31, 2012’’ and inserting ‘‘December 31, 2013’’: (1) Section 331(h), relating to general bonus authority for enlisted members. (2) Section 332(g), relating to general bonus authority for officers. (3) Section 333(i), relating to special bonus and incentive pay authorities for nuclear officers. (4) Section 334(i), relating to special aviation incentive pay and bonus authorities for officers. (5) Section 335(k), relating to special bonus and incentive pay authorities for officers in health professions. (6) Section 351(h), relating to hazardous duty pay. (7) Section 352(g), relating to assignment pay or special duty pay. (8) Section 353(i), relating to skill incentive pay or proficiency bonus. (9) Section 355(h), relating to retention incentives for members qualified in critical military skills or assigned to high priority units.
