  1. For everyone having issues with commanders not seeing the release, you need to have your MPF send it to your commander.
  2. ABM Select PCSM 84, Pilot 95, 15 Hours 2nd time applying (CSO select last time) I'll be declining, so good luck to the alternates out there
  3. In other news, why does the system of disseminating this type of information have to be so broken? Like I understand wanting to give supervisors the opportunity to inform applicants of results, but why do we need (in my case) 4 entities between AFPC and the unit CC/supervisor?
  4. Based off the portal page and the comments on it, it sounds like we won’t hear anything until Friday or Tuesday
  5. In the past, these things don't drop until 1200 CST... just so no one is holding their breath and panicking for the next 2 hours
  6. What I have heard from the past is that IFT is a TDY, then you return to the base you are currently at. Most of the new accessions are on casual status for the first couple of months at the UPT bases. So, rather than have a bunch of seasoned officers on casual as well, the Air Force leaves you at your current base in your current job until you're much closer to the UPT start date. So I'd expect IFT TDY, return to current location and work for a few months, PCS to UPT base and start UPT.
  7. As far as the weighting of importance goes, what I have heard from the rumor mill is that PCSM, PPL, and Hours are the majority of the consideration. The remainder of the AF215 then is next in importance. The recommendation letter comes after that, then the personal letter is used when it comes to really close tie breakers. In boards like these the members usually have around 2 minutes per package so it's not like they're reading everything, so that's why the actual rated info and the remainder of the AF215 are the most important.
  8. Did you happen to hear what the official slot allocation was?
  9. Board starts today according to the PSDM. Good luck everyone
  10. For pilot, allegedly, UFT was allocated 75 slots, but they're expecting that number to be smaller for the actual slots available. This was the case last year as well where they allocated 75 slots but the actual slots ended up being lower.
  11. Anyone heard anything about how many slots will be available for pilot this year?
  12. UCT Select PCSM: 84 Pilot: 96 I really only am interested in pilot, so I am probably going to decline and re-compete next year with more flight hours under my belt. That being said, is anyone familiar with the "bump up" process. For instance, I heard that if someone declines UPT, then they don't go straight to the alt list, they go to the next person (who is probably selected for something else) below the line based on the board's rack and stack. Can anyone confirm that? Does anyone know what that timeline looks like? I realize thats pretty much holding my breath for a long shot and also assuming a lot, but still.
