Yes, did mine in October or November. They compare your records to the bottom 10 above the cut line. Biggest takeaway was having Definitely Promote on your push line if you don’t have the box checked. Strats, of course, matter. I didn’t have any FGO awards, but he said that was offset by the CGO awards I had. SDE push lines on OPRs help. Jobs above the Wing level help. Lump sum option pays the full amount, then a reduced amount each year for the length of the contract. I took an 8-year at 30k with 100k lump. It worked out to 100k the first year, then 20k a year for the next 7. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

When I’ve been TDY where a DFAC is open and classes/flying/sims prevent using it during the week, I’ve only gotten full rate on duty days and partial on the weekends. (Unless I had a non-A, then full rate every day). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
