Just closed on my house with Trident Home Loans and I couldn't be happier with the team Marty has!! Jonathan spent a great deal of time walking me through options after we hit a few hurdles out off the gate. He was always available, even as he was going through some intense training at a different location. The rates they got me were the best around and they worked very hard to sweeten the deal when possible. Their services (sts) hit a whole other level though when Bri and Lisa got involved! I pushed for a closing in less than 30 days on a conventional loan with 10% down and they didn't blink an eye. Bri had the process refined to an art. The closing happened right at 30 days, after the hurdles we couldn't see coming were cleared and, only then through the team's Herculean efforts. The icing on the cake was the call at 1830 the night before closing, when the title company said the deal was going sideways over an issue they said couldn't be changed. Within minutes Bri was on the phone and "educated" the woefully wrong title agent in exactly what WOULD be happening! The closing the next day at noon happened exactly on schedule and, with a rather subdued agent in attendance!! I will be back to work with this team at my next PCS in 18 months, no questions asked.

Another shout for NBKC and Keith Andrew in particular. Just closed Friday and it was painless and very organizied. Offer to closing was 5 weeks but Keith could have supported something closer to 2 weeks with his hard work. He was always available and locked us in last month to a great rate. Looked at Trident too but they weren't able to lend in the state we bought. Overall very happy with his communication and responsiveness. After 3 Class As in the 90's and more recently kiling an IP and stud from NTPS last year. The exact same week Spaceship 2 was lost from the same airfield unfortunately.

Any gouge on a good civilian eye doc in local area? The gouge on the OB group in Amory, MS (35 mi NE) was spot on. Dr. Wood and his partners are top notch and the L&D nurses provided an incredibly enjoyable experience. The small hospital was everything we could have wanted.

Any information on GA flying in the local area? I dont see anything about a base aero club ( I realize they are a dying breed) and only one flight school, Accessible Aviation, at KGTR. Any local clubs or places to rent a bug smasher for XC flying?
