  1. They said operations weren't affected at all. I just hope the museum opens by 21 March [emoji3064] Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  2. I imagine you simply need to speak to your bases assignment team at MPF to extend your RNLTD. I did that back in 2012 once and it didn't seem too threatening. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  3. I'll be at MFS with ya! Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  4. Anyone going to IFT April 2? DM me so we can link up.
  5. I too am headed that way. 24 June RNLTD!
  6. EFMP trick works btw! Slotted for Vance atm! Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  7. Saw this on my CDB, but haven't received any emails. Everything I found related to this is the MFS, which is the last 3 letters of the code, but the 29th is a Thursday...don't these things happen on Mondays? Has anyone else seen this look like this? Also, this just dropped this evening and is 7 days away...wtf man [emoji58] Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  8. I'm literally right there with you [emoji36][emoji36] Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  9. Did you reply to them saying you wear contacts or something? Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  10. I'm sure they will post when they get first word, but I, too, am checking twice a day, as not knowing how to plan my life is a bigger wrinkle to my day-to-day than I thought it was going to be [emoji28] Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  11. Wonder how this affects MFS and IFT too? Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  12. So doing the overanalytical investigation that we all like to do, I looked at last year's group on here and saw some people getting notified 17 days after they were notified of selection by commander. So roughly 10 days following the PSDM went public. Gotta give people their 7 days to decline assignment and alternates to get notified. Rough guess. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  13. Nvmd, I'm dumb Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  14. 1400Z should be in 16 min pretty sure Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  15. Anyone have any solid info about IFT? Websites, sources, trusted hearsay? Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  16. Pilot select! 93 PCSM, 95 Pilot AFOQT, 25 flt hrs/no PPL. Best of luck everybody!! [emoji482] Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  17. Not a troll post Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  18. Actual image of me keeping eyes on my Commander starting tomorrow Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  19. Anyone else had a smidgen of hope that they meant they were gunna post it on regular MyFSS on the 29th...meaning commander results today, or just me? [emoji28] Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  20. Hey man who's your "friend" that gave you that Intel? Either someone is seriously holding out, or you're just stirring the pot man, cuz nobody else got notified. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  21. All signs point to a tomorrow afternoon phone call [emoji102] [emoji102] May the pilot slots be many, and your celebratory mugs full [emoji481] Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  22. Is there a reason some people are hung up on it being a Tuesday that results are gunna come out? I'm just wondering if there's a reason it couldn't simply be later this week that they send MPFs emails with the results. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  23. I've done this song and dance enough times where I'm anxious to find out results of something, they don't come when I expect them to, I get exhausted from the anxiousness, so I sorta pretend like I'm not waiting on anything lol. I'm confident my CC will call me the moment he finds out. They're almost as excited as I am [emoji28] Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  24. I didn't see a spot on the AF215 that declared gender or race. Not that they couldn't get that from their sources, and while I understand the "diversity" argument, I truly hope they aren't reverting to choosing a member over someone else to satisfy the "diversity" conversation instead of the "merit" conversation. Thumbs down [emoji107] Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  25. I was initially confused as well, but I see your point. However, I myself looked deeply into going guard, and getting in the door feels much more difficult than it is for active. I'm roughly 32, and live next to a C130 guard unit, but have no desire to fly them and knew what i was getting into with the 10 year commitment when applying this way. There is a laundry list of obstacles required to go guard, especially to a unit not local. But if the stars aligned just right for the right people, I'd understand. But I think everyone on this chat is looking forward to good news about getting picked up for active duty. Not sure if "Lucky" is the right word, but I see what you were aiming at.
