The thing is, twenty years ago you got a "club card" which was run by the local club, billed like a mom-n-pop store, and didn't go on your credit report. You put everything on your card, and you paid it every month. No hassle, no interest, no problems.
Agreed that the lack of girls, happy hour, and live music have all contributed greatly to the death of the clubs. Douchebag "leadership" doesn't help either. Glad to see they still have cheap long island iced teas at the Auger Inn at least.
