    Yeah. Makes me wonder how management is going to sweep this one under the rug. Right now I envision a dozen execs at HQ/AMC/AETC hurriedly filtering their boss's e-mail before he checks his/her Blackberry (or whatever they use these days) while on he 7th hole.

    You'd figure that if what Hoss posted was untrue, a simple clarification from someone in the know would clear the air. Instead they deleted and obfuscated. How about some open and honest feedback from the CSAF for once? That would put all of the rumors to bed... or confirm them.

    The airline CEOs would LOVE to pay us less! It's the unions and the pilot groups that would lose their fucking minds if that were to happen in this day and age. So yeah, no. Keep the leaks/hearsay coming. I don't expect ole' Fingers will be publicly releasing his AAR from the meeting in DC.

    No. No he does not. No time out necessary. This is a fucking ridiculous state of affairs when the service can't seem to figure out why everyone is bailing. I'll add I have no dog in this fight, but I was an '05 guy who had his board delayed an entire year. Made the VSP application that much easier.

    When I saw Toro had replied to the "Long Distance Relationship" thread I was giddy with anticipation. His inability to mince words and utter lack of sensitivity towards the uninitiated had my mind reeling at the potential of his post. Needless to say I'm sorely disappointed. That was actually some pretty good advice.

    Anybody know when this AF/Airline meeting in DC is happening? I know it's sometime in May. I can't wait to see what this Tiger Team comes up with to make military service more palatable in this economy.
