Toasty Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 Refueling goes bad. Can anyone tell what type of jet this is? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGMlriUTab4...feature=related Wow man. A rediculously long description of the AMX was written on the same damn page.
Guest F16crewdwgg Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 (edited) Wow man. A rediculously long description of the AMX was written on the same damn page. I had the drop down arrow button clicked up so I didn't pay attention to it. Oh well. It's still pretty cool to watch that is mainly why I posted it. SUPER DUPER CATCH DUDE... YOUR AWESOME Edited April 6, 2008 by F16crewdwgg
Toasty Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 I had the drop down arrow button clicked up so I didn't pay attention to it. ...and "AMX" is still shown twice without the box down. Just sayin'. Little thing looks fun to fly though.
LJ Driver Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 "Anyway, Italians an Brazilians are among the best pilots in the world. " Wow, I only slept for about 5 hours last night, but the Brazilians and Italians sure did make a lot of progress since I dozed off...
ACCBoomer Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 I had an F-14 try to take a basket during WWOIF 2. I do not know how is stayed on but it was something I do not ever want to see again. The jet did the whole dance, cut the power and fell out of the drogue, then proceeded to all but roll inverted. It was the only real world breakaway I have ever had with a Navy jet... He even called uncle and went back to the ship.
HuggyU2 Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 A couple of months ago, some Italian judge grounded the entire AMX fleet. I would assume they are back up and flying again. But this isn't the first time for the AMX fleet. Side note: why is a judge determining if they ground the fleet?
Guest Boom Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 On my last deployment a Grand Forks crew had two F-18's rip off both MPRS pod drogues at the same time.
