0, 1, 0, 0. And I'm in Enid...the last one appears to be sucking it in, someone needs to smack her in the small of the back to let the fupa loose.

Well, if we're talking home. 0,0,0,0.

I have to admit, I never would have thought this to be a viable option if I ever decided to off myself, but I guess whatever gets the job done.

Here are some painful articles from this morning's news.

1. Airlines ordered to stand trial for 9/11 negligence accusations: https://www.gadling.c...gligence-claim/

Does anyone understand that they're not entitled to the existence of industry? Contract law seems to have gone so far off track in the last 30 or 40 years that there's no hope of any sense returning to the courtroom.

I loved this part from the WTC article:

While WTCP wants $8.4 billion to cover damages, Judge Alvin Hellerstein has limited the amount to the $2.805 billion paid for the leases. In their defense, the airlines say they should not go to trial because WTCP has recovered $4.091 billion from insurance companies. However, Judge Hellerstein has said that at this time he cannot reasonably determine the insurance money covered the damages.

Apparently you can be a judge and not know that 4 > 3.

Actually, she wasn't the one who made the call...got this FBI news release today:

Philadelphia Man Charged in Airport Hoax

Kenneth W. Smith, Jr., 26, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was charged today by criminal complaint with violating federal law by knowingly engaging in conduct with intent to convey false and misleading information and doing so via telephone, an instrument of commerce. According to the complaint, on September 6, 2012, Smith placed a telephone call reporting an alleged attempt being made to carry an explosive substance onto an aircraft—a federal crime—knowing that the information was false. Smith was arrested by federal agents. He will have an initial appearance in magistrate’s court at 1:30 p.m. today. The investigation is continuing.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible statutory sentence of 10 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and possible restitution.

The case is being investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives; the Federal Bureau of Investigation; the Philadelphia Police Department; the Transportation Security Administration; and the U.S. Department of Transportation-Office of Inspector General. It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Jennifer Arbittier Williams.

An indictment or information is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Nothing on the ex-girlfriend yet...
