Gravedigger Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 He cost them a new Space Command Center?! Oh man, what an asshole.
M2 Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 The Grand Budapest Hotel. Worth it. Funniest shit I've seen in a long time... 1

Learjetter Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 The Grand Budapest Hotel. Worth it. Funniest shit I've seen in a long time... "2". Reminded me of "Fantastic Mr. Fox" but more adult-ier.
Gravedigger Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 3. I've always been a big fan of Wes Anderson. Rushmore, Moonrise Kingdom, Darjeeling Limited, Royal Tanenbaums, you really can't go wrong. Well, Life Aquatic was pretty strange, but still not bad.
TSSRShot Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 Dude but BFM in Life Aquatic was the best part...then Seu Jorge playing Portuguese David Bowie songs. 1
Danger41 Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 If I could have Danny McBride be my exec, I'd want to be a 3 Star.
JeepGuyC17 Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Kingsman was a lot of fun. Well-made action movie that doesn't take itself too seriously. It was directed by the guy who made the first Kick-Ass, so the fight scenes are similar. The best scene is where Colin Firth straight up murders a church full of Westboro Baptist types.

Sam Jackson with a lisp was rather odd. I did like Firth's line just before the rampage!
17D_guy Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 This is probably a given, but Jupiter Ascending is.. bad. This review pretty much says it's the new Battlefield Earth, and is otherwise a good listen/watch -
spaceman Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 Those Red Letter Media dudes are great. Their reviews of the Star Wars prequels might change your life (if you have like 3 hours to kill)https://youtu.be/FxKtZmQgxrI Plus I used to live kinda near them in Milwaukee! 1
17D_guy Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Those photos of Tom Cruise finally come to fruition
deaddebate Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 (edited) Super Troopers 2https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/super-troopers-2 On day 1, they raised over 1 mil of the 2 mil goal. This shit is happening. Update: It's now 100% funded, in under 48 hours. Edited March 25, 2015 by deaddebate 1
HercDude Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 So let me get this right...... The creators of Super Troopers were too lazy to go get funding from investors, so they just asked a bunch of millennials to give them money to make a movie. And in exchange for handing over their money, they will go pay more money to see this in a movie theater? This is dumber than TLC asking their fans to pay for their next record.
hispeed7721 Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Or, is it smarter? Seems pretty brilliant on their part Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1
sputnik Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 Not so "latest," recently rewatched Tropic Thunder. Forgot how brilliant that was. 4

HercDude Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 I didn't mean to imply they (Broken Lizard) were dumb - just the people that gave them money for essentially noting in return. That movie was getting made either way.
17D_guy Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 Your Local Comm Sq and CYBERCOM will be closed this Christmas - 2
fox two Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 Uh..... Just saw this, and it's absolutely as bad as it looks. Maybe worse. Recommend to go see it "with the guys" though, for some of the most ironically funny shit to laugh at and make fun of. There are some memorable 1-liners.....

You mean it's not as realistic or good as this scene with drones?
nsplayr Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Ex Machina was great and also had full frontal of several chicks. Had a damn near private showing due to Avengers so it's ripe for spanking in the back row. You're welcome.
Jughead Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Agreed the movie was great. They glossed over a lot of details--usually that's a negative for me, but they did it in such a way to only focus on the story, vs asking for audience buy-in to something. Pretty thought-provoking, I've had it on my mind for days.... Disagreed on the best-looking chick (you posted #2); #1 is Alicia Vikander: 1
