Guest CA Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 It's not an important issue but thought I'd mention it. Every time I try to vote a post up (the little green circle with a + in it), I get the error: Action failed: You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day. Is my quota 0 or is it broken? 1 1
JarheadBoom Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Just for the hell of it, I tried just now, on this post. Same result as CA.
Baseops.Net Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Thanks for the heads up - the permissions for this feature defaulted to zero. I just allowed for "Reputation Points" to be used by Registered Members - and the quota increases for Super and Supreme Users. 1
Fuzz Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 DFRESH, is there anyway to change the voting to allow for people to change their vote if they fat-finger it? Also in case it hasn't been said enough, thanks for the awesome work in keeping the site working! 1
DFRESH Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 It doesn't give you that option? I can see a link to change my vote. What browser are you on?
Fuzz Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Firefox for computer and an iPad, maybe I'm just dumb and missing it. I'll look some more. 1
stract Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 to clarify, we're not talking about a poll, we're talking about the up/down votes you can give someone for a post
DFRESH Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 OOOOOHHHHHHHHHH. ROGER THAT. My guess is the whole reputation system is tits up. I won't have real internet until the 13th, so I can't do much. 1
