JarheadBoom Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 At first blush it looked like the latest fake-death rumor on the Internet: According to sketchily sourced reports, Ken Ober, the comedian best-known for hosting MTV's late-'80s game show "Remote Control," had died. Sadly, though, this rumor turns out to be true. Ober's reps confirm to Zap2it that he passed away over the weekend at the age of 52. No other details were available late Monday morning.Link I hated that show...
HerkDerka Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Link I hated that show... I remember Colin Quinn on that show. That's where he got he start at being unfunny.
M2 Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 I remember that show, it wasn't that bad especially considering the shit MTV shows today. What sucks is that Ober wasn't that much older than I am! First report said it was a heart attack, but a later article said he was suffering from "flu-like" symptoms prior to his death...
