We got a new wing shirt and he has been raising hell about morale shirts. The colored ones one could wear with a flight suit. Do any of you guys know of a memo floating around asking for a waiver based on a tier level? I wish we could just bully our leadership into doing whatever we want as a part-timer. Hate to see my full-time bros suffer through nonsense. ANG tanker unit.... cheers You aren't alone. My reserve unit has a new brutal combo of a Wing/CC that still thinks he's in a tanker unit, a Vice Wing Commander who has his nav wings tattooed on his chest, and a MSG commander who hates pilots.....Major war on morale shirts, patches, etc, etc.... We also have some "Top 3" enlisted board that is meeting once a month and they have taken the recent "WARNORD" about uniforms to mean they can now tell any/all pilots/loads that morale shirts, patches, etc are all banned now.

Pooter Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Heard recently that the parts contract for T-6's is so f-ed right now that a small fraction of the fleet is flyable. Can any UPT bubbas confirm?

SurelySerious Posted January 9 Posted January 9 about 1/4-1/3 of the fleet is flyableNeck and neck with CV-22 and B-1.

dream big Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Surprised this hasn’t come up yet in this forum. At what point on the trajectory to CSAF do they castrate you and remove your common sense making you completely out of touch with reality? The music makes it that much worse. BLUF - In ranks inspection(s) coming to multiple bases near you. What about this makes us more agile or lethal for GPC? https://www.acc.af.mil/News/Article-Display/Article/4026100/csaf-gen-allvin-policy-and-standards-update/ 2 1

I have read much worse. 1

If you put your hands in your pockets, you will screw up the TO and a plane will crash for sure!

Way, way earlier than we all thought. The longer I was in, the more I realized the "good dudes" who became bad leaders were just pretending all along. 2
jrizzell Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago The InterWebs is hinting that they’ve heard ACC briefs, that starting in June, UOD will become blues. Man am I glad I retired 1 1
di1630 Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I see nothing wrong with this. The USAF has become a jobs program for / of the force. I want my support office workers to understand they are office support, not warriors, aircrew or Mx so wear blues M-Th….that’s how it was before [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]/ and I liked it better. If they take this out on pilots, it will get pushback but I think it’s intended to fight the lack of discipline in the enlisted ranks among support personnel. cragspider Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Guess McP and Skelator a happy to know they are being dethroned for the most hated CSAF. Glad I’ll have my 214 shield by the time this happens. 1

Forcing the entire force to wear blues, as uniform of the day, because of some rowdy young enlisted troops is just pathetic leadership. The USAF needs another war, and fast 🤷♂️Sent from my iPhone using Baseops Network mobile app
