ThreeHoler
If he had a reflective belt on, he wouldn't have crashed it.
Napoleon_Tanerite
I heard he had a beer light tab patch, and that caused the mishap.

sky_king
Finding 69 (Causal): The mishap pilot had submitted leave through LeaveWeb with the start time of 0000 the following day. When it was accidentally approved, a rift in the space time continuum was created and an evil goateed version of the pilot was created 24 hours in the past. Before the leave monitor could correct the mistake, the evil pilot had engaged the good pilot in aerial combat.

Marco
Oh but we shall, good sir. "Pilot in question had his sleeves rolled up, and was not wearing gloves. As he was maneuvering for a kill, the lack of protective, fireproof, and ultimately sweat soaking material caused his hands to slip from the throttles and stick and land on the ejection handles. The rest is history." Seriously- glad he's ok. Edited October 26, 2011 by Marco

Napoleon_Tanerite
He was over due for Information Protection, and therefore was locked out of the aircraft computers.
