I don't wan't to get too distracted from the heart of this article, but air force crimes does it again. I guess if you drop the P from the end and add a J at the beginning a TACP can become a JTAC. Furthermore, I know that the V device is a massive change in the award, but to the casual observer (i.e. potential future civilian employer) a Bronze star is a massive award...with a V or not.
