Bayou_Eagle_Driver Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 Hey guys, I'm in my second year at college and though I could start AFROTC in Sept, I'm leaning more towards the Guard / Reserve side... I just have a couple questions... I know that the guard usually have 1-2 slots available per fiscal year... Is the reserves the same? How many people usually apply for slots within the unit (average I guess) I live near the McGuire Base so I'll be applying to the Refueling Unit in that particular base... I'm not sure if I should go guard or reserves... Any suggestions? Simple answer: every unit is drastically different. I know that's not the answer you were looking for.......
Ramathorn Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 Simple answer: every unit is drastically different. I know that's not the answer you were looking for....... But it's true, no matter how many people ask.
Guest Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 But it's true, no matter how many people ask. But what if the asker is "highly considering" a unit...does that change the answer?
Ramathorn Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 (edited) According to this graph: No. Edited July 14, 2012 by Ramathorn

Marco Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Slots are good. Especially when you highly consider the number of slots you have available. Lol
