At this point, the CSAF needs to order a one week service stand-down, pack the entire force into the various base theaters, and proceed to daily re-inculcate the force with lessons on core values plus western concepts of morals and ethics (and keep religion out of it). Because apparently UCMJ judicial deterrence is not working, whether for the officer or enlisted portions of the force. And stick the DAF civilians in there for good measure."

Why in the world would he have done this? Surely EOD has offensive patches, roll calls, naked booby pictures, and as a whole it must be assumed that they denigrate women. There can be no other answer as to why an individual within a community would do something so offensive.
