Is it a Saudi student?

Saudi wouldn't have a 13y/o 360, he'd have a new 458 for his daily driver and 599 GTO for the weekends.

One of the Saudi students at Rucker handed his stick buddy the keys to a 4 month old M5 when he finished the course.

Whenever I hear those stories about these crazy gifts from Saudi students to their instructors/onwings/friends, I always wonder how that person's next TS investigation goes... "So you accepted a $90,000 gift from a member of the Saudi royal family?" :drinking:

Did he accept/keep it? That's a pretty freaking cool story.

Far as I know he just had to pay some transfer fees/taxes.

Me I'd have a hard time not flipping it and putting a down payment on a house.

When I showed up in Tucson for the IPUG I thought a car show was going on. Nope, just the foreign students daily drivers.

When I went through pilot training, there were 2 Ferraris, 2 Aston Martins (Norwegians) and one Dutch guy had a new ZR1. They said they'd drive down to Dallas, valet at the clubs. The chicks outside the clubs loved the Ferrari driving dudes with European accents...
