From my understanding (and from the help of some members here) if you are a civilian or active, you can go to an officer accessions recruiter for the reserves. You contact a regular recruiter and they will put you in contact with the accessions recruiter. I'm currently reserve and running into issues with recruiters not wanting to talk to me because I'm a member. I have a call into the officer accessions recruiter for my area though, so I'll keep everyone updated what the process is for current USAFR members
