FlatSpin Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 Anyone know where I can find an up to date AF Form 24? Some units provide one on on their website but they are all expired. Probably doesnt even matter but just trying to make my packet look good.
Milchstrasse Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 https://www.e-publishing.af.mil/ But you're going to need the IBM Lotus software to open it and fill it out. I could also generate a blank PDF for you and e-mail it to you if you want.

bluedevil Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Bump on this one. E-Pubs still shows the form current as of 19 May 2003 but I see the 22 June 2010 in the thread. Anything more current? Thanks.
donkey Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 Hi all, couple of quick questions: 1) Am I supposed to leave section 1 and 2 ("To" and "Specialty") blank? The one sample I found online said to do this but just wanted to make sure. 2) Some older info online makes it seem like I should "N/A" Item 1 on page 4 ("I have read and understand HQ USAFRS FS") and initial the other three items (A, B, and C) under Item 2, Short Notice Orders. Is this what everyone else has done? Much appreciated!

In case anyone runs across the same questions in the future, I got the following direction from one POC / Wing Recruiter: To: Leave Blank Specialty: 11FX (or as appropriate for the specific squadrons air-frame) Page 4 Item 1 & 2: Leave Blank Hope this helps! 3
Curtiss JN-4 Posted February 25, 2019 Posted February 25, 2019 From what I have learned, if it is not specified in the board announcement. TO: "Squadron Name" Example: TO: ###th Fighter Squadron Specialty: "Service Occupation Code (see link below)" Example: Specialty: 11F3B https://www.transportation.gov/sites/dot.dev/files/docs/MilitaryPilotCodes.pdf --Good luck everyone--
