Basspilot Posted August 16, 2015 Author Posted August 16, 2015 Is all the training consecutive or is there breaks in between? From start to finish how long is the training program?
Ka1ax Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 Hey all, does anyone have an update on whether drone pilots for ANG/AFRC attend URT or UPT?
SimpleJack Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 Im fairly positive all Guard/Reserve RPA pilots still go to UPT then the URT course for 11Xers.

herkbum Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Everyone I know of is going URT. The last guidance I saw from NGB was that it was to be URT unless unit also has manned assets. That is a few months old though. It appears to change on a regular basis
bb17 Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 When I did my FC1 recently 10 of the candidates (including Guard) were going RPA and told me they were going straight to one of three URT schoolhouses.
bluedevil Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 The 174th Attack Wing, NYANG is advertising a new commission with an 11U track. Not sure if that's how it actually goes down tho.

He was selected when they still had the 26 and the had already gained the seats for his training. They may already be prog'd the seats but I don't really know sh!t about class allocations. Just a little bit of info that may be completely worthless. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
