Employer using absence management firm to process mil leave for reservists.

My employer now uses a third party absence management firm called matrix e services to process military leave. Anyone else using this or anything like it? Sounds like a way to crack down on folks taking leave......

Know your laws. follow them to the T, and don't sweat it.  They're not going to risk a USERRA lawsuit.
