1 Toro Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 You don't live in TLFs - those are just larger billeting rooms. You're thinking of UOQ (Unaccompanied Officer Quarters), which will depend on the occupancy. However, you can't have pets.

Depending on when you show up they might be forcing all single dudes to live in the dorms, or allowing (or even encouraging) dudes to live off base if the dorms are full. If you want to have your pet with you, you will want to live off base since you can't have pets in the dorms and you won't live in the family housing on base since you're single. They were pretty strict on making all the single studs stay in the dorms until more new dudes came to fill them. If you coordinate ahead of time you might be able to make arrangements. I would bank on spending some time in the dorms.
