6 Year Art Commitment

I've heard that the Reserves(Guard?) are requiring 6 years as an Art after Upt. Is this going to cause people not to apply? Has manning gotten that bad?

Ha anyone heard any updates about this program? I'll be getting back from my schoolhouse soon and was wondering if It is still a possibility?
