FIFY

Did Trump break the law? Maybe, but the judge and prosecutor lied, distorted, and convoluted the details enough that the jury’s decision should have been vacated. A total sham.

The civil rape/assault  trial was even more of a sham.

He’s a douchebag for sure, but once the appeals are finalized he wont be “convicted” anymore, to the leftists disappointment.

The DNC is has self-immolated.

With party stalwarts like James Carville saying Democrats' 'top agenda ' needs to be bringing back Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

Seriously?

Same media:  fake Hunter Biden laptop, Covid not man-made, Joe's fine...etc.

Soooo...

But he's a guy! : r/steinsgate

Except that retard has done the same thing before. Let me ask you this, if you would’ve done what the SECDEF has done previously and accused of doing again (i.e., release classified information to people who don’t have a need to know on a non-approved platform), would you be charged with a crime? By the way, it’s a yes or no answer. I don’t need your whataboutism you like the spew in every response.

If you would have actively taken a medical absence without notifying anyone and simply disappeared what would have happened to you?

Congrats you figured out that the minions are held to a higher expectation than the bosses. I think Amex is giving out 10k points for figuring something out every enlisted E4 has long known already.

Hey guess what? Both can be wrong. How many routine fuck ups are going to be allowed by the SECDEF? I mean he makes PA videos doing PT with Rangers, so I guess he gets a bro pass.

Objection, Dr.

You note "accused a second time."  By these outlets using unnamed sources.

Quote

the New York Times, CNN, and Reuters reported, citing unnamed sources.

The SECDEF, has, on the record, denied the accusation.

Something like "innocent until proven guilty" comes to mind, but that's me and my old-fashioned ideas.

Today, apparently, it's enough to be accused, even for a second time.  By unnamed sources.

So, yes, I might be charged.  Doesn't make me guilty.  Read up on "indicting a ham sandwich."

I leave the expertise in knowing how UCMJ works to an expert.

He didn’t deny shit. He started throwing out ad hominems against former DoD officials. Innocent until proven guilty is for the jury/judge, probable cause gets you charged.

Looks like some dissension within the GOP ranks.

Do tell:

Again, "unnamed sources" from outlets with very long, proven track records of telling porkies doesn't work for me to think someone guilty of malfeasance.

Trust the science...

That statement doesn’t deny he did it either. It said there’s no classified information in a Signal chat, which is up for debate.

If he leaked the info again, he should be punished accordingly.

If he didn't, who cares?

This is a strange hill to die on.   That guy us is a lump of human excrement.  Why on Earth would anyone fight so hard to bring an illegal alien gang banger back into the U.S.?

Also, why do people tag swastikas on Teslas but support Palestine at the same time?

Why is LA covered in homeless people and burned homes.

Where did San Francisco's money go?

Where did LA's money go?

When his inaction or Tomfuqery gets somebody demonstrably killed, maybe we can join you in burning his effigy. You had no problem with that unqualified except for one single criteria flop run the DOD despite mistake after deadly mistake for years. Bonus, that’s after he ran CENTCOM into the ground when he was actually in the job that apparently qualified him beyond the obvious optics.

Until then accept the fact that the normalization of security stupidity is now fully in place and every time somebody types “but her emails” a cyber fairy gets its wings.

Stuff like the actual 9 April shake up to the failed acquisitions process or the fact we are actually hitting the Houthis instead of playing whackamole with unmanned rocket launchers makes the fact he told his wife he won’t be home because he’s gotta stay for a brief a non issue for those of us that can be pragmatic.

Depends if you think everyone deserves due process or just the people you want to have it.

Also an independent but co-equal branch of the government exercising its power as it sees appropriate.

Pretty sure I heard about some guy that was a founding father saying something along the lines of "I disagree with what you say but defend you right to say it," as a right or something.

I don't know the right answer, but how do you think we should approach this situation? The previous administration ignored all rules and norms in order to import millions of foreigners who should never have been here in the first place. Giving each illegal alien the time + resources required for a deportation hearing is quite literally impossible when we're dealing with a phenomenon of this magnitude. Where / what is our recourse? If the Supreme Court says we can't deport these people without going through a process which is logistically impossible, where does that leave us? A constitutional crisis?

I ask this seriously, no snark or point scoring intended:  were you aware, and if so, were you cool with Obama ordering the Hellfiring of an American citizen and his 16 year old son, even though the guy was a terrorist?  He had no due process other than a Situation Room briefing that said, "he's a bad guy."

I'm not sorry the guy's dead, but I said then, and do now, that it was wrong.

As to your "equal branch" point, I almost agree.  Supreme Court = POTUS = full Congress vote.

I don't agree that a district court should be able to impose a nationwide anything regardless of what political party occupies the other branches.  So I hope the Supreme Court finally ends that practice once and for all.  Will be better for all.

As to a mass invasion and due process, that's a thing.  I don't have a complete answer.  But if Biden can arbitrarily let them in, why can't Trump boot them out?  Biden granted "paroles" and "temporary refugee" status to hundreds of thousands of Haitians, et al.  Why can't Trump remove that grant?
