I've worked with or know a couple of these guys along with another one or two not listed who were fired this year.. all (that I knew) were great guys and highly respected.  Shitty to see their career hit a brick wall.

If the main complaint of exiting airmen is the quality and conduct of leadership, then this stuff is part of the necessary course correction.

Of course...you do have to hire competent replacements....

I’d rather see the AF firing commanders fired for being empty flight-suit, gutless, self-promulgating, incompetent douches in addition to cases like this.

IMHO,  the "jig is up" and the forces of law and order plus punishment are on the way. In the not to distant future, nonconsensual woodies will result in UCMJ action and wont be tolerated in the USAF. The crackdown will start with the Enlisted/Company Grade Officers and eventually progress to Field Grade Officers. Note; E-9s/General Officers will be exempt from this woody hunt.
