catsanddogs Posted January 6, 2019 Posted January 6, 2019 I need to digitally sign and save AF215 so I can send it via email, however every AF215 online and from EPUBS says I cannot save the document and it won't let me sign it despite having a cac card reader. Anyone have ideas or found a workaround as to how I can save and sign this document?
Guardian Posted January 6, 2019 Posted January 6, 2019 Print it as a pdf. Open it with adobe. Make a signature square where it needs to be signed. Sign it and send it. 1

Guardian Posted January 6, 2019 Posted January 6, 2019 Sorry. No idea. Lots of options. None are short.
Majestik Møøse Posted January 7, 2019 Posted January 7, 2019 Does this work using full version Acrobat (the kind on AF computers)? https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/convert-word-excel-paper-pdf-forms.html?set=acrobat--fundamentals--pdf-forms
Tonka Posted January 7, 2019 Posted January 7, 2019 https://af-form-215.pdffiller.com/ ?? save it then add the signature after? Whoever is requesting should be able to tell you how to do it.
