0 Catman Posted June 29, 2019 Posted June 29, 2019 Unfortunately, the answer to why it took so long is just... because it's medical. Everything medical is a combination of backlogged and convoluted. Friend of mine had an inhaler prescribed when he was just a kid for shortness of breath while running. It didn't help at all, he just grew out of it a couple years later. He got a letter from his doctor and multiple other doctors attesting to his not needing an inhaler and his current good respiratory health... you would think that would be enough, but medical goes on and on. It will be over before you know it, though, if all goes well. 1
