Popups blocking "submit reply" button

Never happened before but this Hilton popup at the bottom of the screen goes right over the bottom of the reply/message container.  Unable to click to enter reply.  Tried it on Chrome, Edge and IE.  Hilton - you are killing me!

Run the adblocker extension in chrome. Shouldn't be an issue with that.

This is also a problem for me.  I generally use Safari.  

I'm trying to post something now, and cannot find a workaround.

Same on Chrome.  I show pop-ups as blocked.  

The ad covers the button to post what I've written.

AdBlock Plus in Chrome or Firefox.  Don't know about Safari

It worked on Safari too.  I'm good.  

However, can you configure the site so pop-ups don't show up there?

Supposedly, AdBlock Plus allows one to block ads and pop-ups which make it through the filter.  I think it's called "block element," accessed from the menu at the top.
