USMC to AF Reserves Promotion

I have recently switched over from USMC active duty to AF Reserves and am on the next board for O4.  I need to send my FITREPs from the Marines via snail mail to Forth Worth, apparently.  They are asking for a location and address to send them, does anyone know who I could contact or know the address that my FITREPs need to be sent? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Master Personnel Record Group (MPerRGp) contains all permanent military personnel documents such as the DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty, DD Form 4, Enlistment or Reenlistment Agreement - Armed Forces of the United States Oaths of Office, special orders, performance reports, etc and is electronically maintained in the Automated Records Management System (ARMS).

HQ Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) maintains the master personnel record for all Air National Guard (ANG) and Air Force Reserve (AFR) Airmen regardless of status. The Officer Selection Record (OSR), which is part of the MPerRGp, is created and maintained by HQ ARPC (Promotion Secretariat Division) for all ANG and AF Reserve officers.
