No guarantees, sorry. Very true. I've seen the Niagara Falls and Meridian (MS) ANG go from the KC-135s to another MDS back to KC-135s again. I was at Robins in 2001 when the Georgia ANG lost their B-1s. Nothing is guaranteed.
