I always liked that one. Do you think they got real military members or hired actors? I only ask because no one is wearing name, rank or service patches.

From what I read they are really in the military, but as it is a beer commercial (well, it is sponsored by a beer company), they could not wear their uniform as it would be seen as an endorsement by the DOD. I am sure if you Googled it you could confirm that, but I am just too damn busy at the moment to bother...

OK, I lied, I am not that busy. Here's the story on an award that commercial won which also states that real military personnel were used...

I am glad that the AF changed their policy for uniform wear when coming home on the rotator.

Anyone here get their coin from Operation Salute, did you try the beer thing?

They are definately real military members. One of the girls is in my unit.
