I'm curious how you were diagnosed as alergic to Wheat? Do they do an alergy test after UPT? Did you have an alergic reaction? Just curious how this happened.

It was actually a tragic grammar school incident. He pulled a Mama Cass while eating a ham sandwich on wheat bread, and the rest is history. No just kidding of course.
