Having flown it, I hate to see the airplane and the crews get a bad name when it turns out the plane was built with parts that did not meet MILSPEC.  Appear criminal in some aspects.

It is criminal and I hope the SWIFT11 and GUNDAM22 families are successful in their lawsuits.
