Fred turns into a wind tunnel with the doors off and the pilots can't see with the doors open.

That's actually the 920th out of Bastion, but we've never been doors off. Although I've been told that's finally going to change with the next trip over there.

This guy "mitchell.alaska" on Flickr has some of the absolute best aviation photography I've seen. Of course, I may just be partial since he's AK ANG and as a result they're mostly CSAR- https://www.flickr.co...s/25702253@N04/

Unfortunately he recently set most of his images to private or something, so the majority don't show up. Somehow using search I was able to turn up a few shots, but they're no longer the super high-res versions. Doesn't really show off the really cool stuff the Herk can do, but there are some really nice shots flying around NorCal, up the Pacific Coast Highway and over the Golden Gate Bridge.
